The Opera Suite Apartment Budapest is a luxury apartment which was recently fully refurbished. It is situated next to the Opera House and walking distance to the famous Andrassy Avenue, St Stephen's Basilica, the underground station and many restaurants and cafes in the centre of Budapest. The period building was designed by the same architect, Miklos Ybl, who also designed the Opera House which is just opposite the apartment building.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms (large double bed in the master bedroom and a single bed in the 2nd bedroom) and with the comfortable double sofa bed in the sitting room it can accommodate up to 5 people. There are 2 modern bathrooms, one with a tub and the second with a walk-in shower.

The state of the art kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a large fridge, dish washer and there is even a Nespresso Coffee machine for your use. In the sitting room you will find a romantic fireplace and there is a 47" 3D TV with many films and an iPhone docking station. We offer free, high speed Wi-Fi to our guests. The apartment is fully air-conditioned.

The location of the apartment - Hajós street - Budapest District VI

The Opera Suite Apartment is situated on Hajos street in the 6th district of Budapest. Hajos street is the little street on the right of the Opera House, starting at Andrassy Avenue. Part of the street is for pedestrians only, so there is very little traffic here and you will find some very good restaurants and cafes in the neighbourhood.

The Opera underground station is just 2 minutes walking distance away from our holiday home on Andrassy Avenue. There you will also find all the top brand shops like Gucci, Burberry and Luis Vuitton.

Arriving by train? If you arrive by train, you will most likely arrive to Keleti pu. (East Railway Station). The station is around a 10 minutes drive away from the apartment and there are a number of taxis usually parking outside the building. You can also get to the apartment with the underground. Take the red line (Metro 2) from Keleti pu towards Déli pu. until Deák Ferenc Tér (Deak Square). Change there to the yellow line (metro 1) towards Mexikói út and get off at the Opera (second stop from Deak Square). Our apartment building is in the little street right of the Opera Hosue.
