1) No smoking
2) No pets
3) No loud music between 10 PM and 9 AM
4) Arrival after 2 PM
5) Departure by 10 AM
6) You are responsible for all damages to the apartment during your stay.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are not accepted 1 week before your arrival date. If you need to cancel within 1 week we will not be able to refund your money. If you cancel between 1 and 2 weeks prior to your arrival date, we will return 50% of your money. If you cancel 2 weeks or more prior to your arrival date, we will fully return your money.
