Terms & Conditions
We provide the services in our web shop though third party distributors. Once we receive your order, we will do our very best to get the desired services booked for you for your preferred date and time. We will revert to you within 24 hours to confirm if the service is available and if we were successful in booking these for you. Unfortunately there is no guarantee for that. If we are not able to book a service for you, we will refund your prepayment within 24 hours.
If you have booked an apartment with us, we will deliver the tickets to your apartment for your check-in. If you have purchased services through our web shop, but you have not booked an apartment with us, you will need to collect your tickets from our office:

Cancellation: we can accept cancellations or modifications 30 days before the start of the service. If you need to cancel or modify with a shorter notice period, we will not be able to refund your prepayment. Cancelling a transfer is possible only 24 hours prior to the pick-up time. Cancelling a transfer with a shorter notice will always incur the full payment.

How to use our Web Shop
Finding and selecting a service
We have collected the different services that we offer into groups like Sightseeing tours
, Additional Items for your Apartment
etc. There is a search field on the top of the page for quickly locating what you are looking for.
If you have found the service that you are interested in, please click the box with the title. This will expand the page and you will find a full description, photos and possible items that you can add to your shopping cart by pressing the Add to cart button.
By repeatedly pressing this button, you can add more than one item of the same to your cart. Prices are displayed in Euro by default, but you can select any of the following currencies: USD, GBP, HUF, AUD and CAD on the top of the page. Prices will be converted at our current exchange rate.
Reviewing your shopping cart
Once you have added all items to you shopping cart, you can review them by pressing the shopping cart icon on the top right of the page. This will expand the page and you will see your items grouped into the different services. The Total Price is displayed towards the bottom. We ask for a 35% prepayment at the time of purchase. This can be paid by credit card or PayPal. The remaining balance will be due in cash on your arrival. The amount for the Prepayment and the Balance on arrival are also displayed on the page.
Here you can still change the number of items that you would like to purchase by simply changing the number in the box, next to the price. This will recalculate the Total Price. You can also remove an item from the shopping cart by pressing the Remove button. If you would like to add another item, press the shopping cart icon on the top right. This will contract the shopping cart view and you can continue adding items. Once you have finished, follow the steps above.
Filling out your details
After you have reviewed the items in your shopping cart, please press the NEXT: ORDER FORM button. This will expand the page and you can enter your details. If you have booked an apartment with us, please enter your booking reference number. Our system will then fill out your personal details for you.
For each service that you purchase through our web shop we will need specific information. For example for the transfer from the airport we will need your arrival time, flight number, number of passangers etc. For a river cruise we would need your preferred date and time and an alternative time. Please fill out all the details so that we can efficiently order the services for you. Thank you!
After you have finished filling out the requested information, please press the NEXT: CONFIRM DETAILS button further down the page. Here you will have the chance to review all the details. If you need to make a change, you can press the BACK TO ORDER FORM button at the top of the page. If everything is correct, please press the NEXT: PROCEED TO PAYMENT button.
When pressing the NEXT: PROCEED TO PAYMENT button you will be directed to PayPal for a secure online payment of the prepayment. If you already have a PayPal account you can pay from your balance. If you don't have an account, no problem. You can select to pay by credit card. After a successful payment you will be redirected to our website and you will receive an automatic confirmation email.
